Nomad Skies – Privacy Policy

Effective date: October 9, 2026

This policy applies to Nomad Skies (Android package com.martinec.nomadskies), an ad-supported mobile game developed by Petr Martinec. It explains how information is handled when you use the game.

Game progress and settings

The game does not require an account. Mission progress, skill points, upgrades, scores, recent run history and settings are saved locally on your device. The game code does not send these saved records to the developer or operate a developer-hosted account or leaderboard service.

You can reset game progress using the game's progress-reset function. You can remove locally stored game data through Android's app storage settings. Uninstalling the game removes its local app data, subject to any backup or restore settings provided by your device or operating system.

Advertising and information collected by Google

Nomad Skies uses Google AdMob and the Google Mobile Ads SDK to display optional rewarded ads and occasional interstitial ads between flights. Google's User Messaging Platform (UMP) is used to request and manage advertising consent where applicable.

Google's advertising SDK may automatically collect and share the following information:

Google uses this information for advertising, analytics and fraud prevention. Collection and ad personalization depend on your consent, device settings and Google's advertising configuration. The game does not request precise location permission, access your contacts, or ask you to supply your name, email address or phone number to play.

Data transmitted by Google's advertising SDK is encrypted in transit using TLS. For more information, see:

Your choices

Where applicable, the game displays Google's advertising consent form. When privacy options are available, you can reopen them using Ad Privacy Options in the game's Settings. You may also reset or delete your advertising ID through Android's privacy or advertising settings. Rewarded ads are optional. Uninstalling the game stops future collection through the installed game; it does not automatically delete information already held by Google.

Retention and deletion

Local game records remain on your device until you reset or remove them. Information handled by Google is retained according to Google's policies and controls; the developer does not directly control Google's retention periods. See Google's data retention policy for details.

If you contact the developer by email, your email address and message will be used to respond to your request. To request deletion of correspondence held by the developer, contact the email address below. The game has no user accounts to delete.

Children

Nomad Skies is intended for players aged 13 and older and is not directed at children under 13. The developer does not knowingly solicit personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided personal information to the developer, please contact us so we can investigate and take appropriate action.

Security

We aim to limit information handled by the game to what is needed for gameplay and advertising. No method of electronic storage or transmission is completely secure.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy when the game or its data practices change. Updates will be published on this page with a revised effective date.
